Contribute to the Coaching Scholarships Fund and support riders to become more independent

Our riders need coaches so that they can achieve their goals.

Without coaches, riding cannot happen.

You can make a difference. Our goal is to raise enough to be able to provide two more Coaching Scholarships. Our goal is $20,000.

Donate by the start of Term Four on 13 October 2025 to help to reach the goal!

What does a Coaching Scholarship Cover?

The Coaching Scholarships will cover the costs of the following.

  • The cost of running the qualification for one coach – workbooks, handbooks, learning management system to be able to access webinars, verifying and assessing of practical and written work, support by phone, email and in person.
  • Programmes Workshops fees.
  • Travel and Accommodation for Programmes Workshops.

Our Programmes Workshops are three days of workshops where coaches can listen to expert speakers, see demonstrations, network with other coaches from around the country, and become more confident in planning safe and effective riding sessions for riders.

In short, everything a trainee needs to become a qualified Assistant RDA Coach (Level 3) or an RDA Coach (Level 4).

Check out our progress here – we will update the progress towards the goal every Monday until 13 October 2025.
